CalPhotos: Animals - Part of Cal Berkeley's Digital Library Project, this site includes a detailed search form that allow you to specify the photographer or location as well as species or common name. Another nice feature is their collection of habitat photos - great for classroom projects.

Lucid Images - Not only do these people provide stunning wildlife Photos, but they also give lots of tips on how you can take and digitally process your own.
